Coldplay tribute act Coldplace are to perform at The Flowerpot in Derby on Friday, January 25.
Formed by Coldplay fans, for Coldplay fans, Coldplace are a tribute band whose quality and experience on the tribute scene are second to none.
In eight years, the band have over 400 gigs under their belts across the length and breadth of the UK and abroad in numerous countries.
The band are one of the country’s top tributes with regular bookings around the nation – and beyond.
They regularly tour abroad and have played in nearly 20 different countries, some of them regularly. Their adventures have lead them to appear on Sky News, BBC Radio One and Two and The Gadget Show and to have played at festivals along with Bob Geldof, KT Tunstall, Ringo Starr and Roxette to name but a few.
Then, on Saturday, January 26, you can see another tribute act in the shape of A Foreigner’s Journey.
As the name suggests, the act is a tribute to not one but two classic rock bands, Foreigner and Journey.
Finally, the latest in the Acoustic Wednesdays sessions takes place on Wednesday, January 30. This time, the free gig in the bar at the King Street venue will feature a set by Flowerpot favourites Woolley and Archer.
Doors open at 8pm and admission is £8 for Coldplace and £10 for A Foreigner’s Journey.
