The Black Rocks Fell Race saw another great turn out for Ripley Running Club, especially the ladies with the welcome return of Caroline Moss.
Esther Broughton also fared well, continuing her great form and improving race by race. She was following a very strong performance at the Crich Monument Run .
Dean Taylor was once again the first Ripley runner home in fourth place in a time of 40:13, Lucy Holmes led from the front as she usually does, and came home first lady in 44:27, 23rd overall. Other Ripley runners were:

Following on from the Black Rocks Fell race the previous night, several Ripley runners braved the usually very difficult Sheldon Fell race through the Peak District village.
Dean Taylor led the Ripley Runners home in an excellent seventh position, followed once again by the future Mrs Taylor- Lucy Holmes, who took second place in the ladies category.
