Its been another good week out on the water at Carsington Fishery.
The rod average has increased again to 4.86 with 209 fish caught by 43 anglers.
The heaviest rainbow caught this week was 5lbs 11oz by Mr I Gould on a dry fly.
There were no browns recorded this week.
The most successful areas have been Millfields, Dam Wall, Stitch plantation, Fishtail creek, Buoy 4, 5, 7 and 8 and the middle of the reservoir.
Bookings are now being taken for the venue’s Autumn Open competition to be held on Saturday, October 11.
