Your chance to play darts ace

Tickets are still available to see – and play against – darts star Jamie Caven when he is the special guest at a darts presentation night, plus exhibition event, to be held in the social club at Matlock Town FC on Saturday, October 13.

Derby-based Jamie, 36, known on the circuit by the nickname Jabba, will be giving an exhibition of top-quality darts throwing at the event and those attending could have the chance of playing against him.

He is one of the most popular draws on the circuit and so this is definitely an opportunity not to be missed for darts fans in the area.

The event starts at 8pm and runs until late.

Event organiser Brian Startin has played darts on the circuit with Jamie and knows him well.

He said: “24 people will get the chance to play against Jamie in one leg, starting at 1,001, so it’s a chance not to be missed.

“It should be a really fun night. Jamie’s a fun guy, he’s a real entertainer, and the MC we’ve got for the night, Ady Mason, is really good too.

“So it should be an excellent occasion because it’s not just about the darts at an event like this, it’s about the whole evening and how fun and entertaining it can be.”

For tickets, and the chance to play Jamie Caven, call Brian now on 07508 270448.
