Seven up for Hayloft FC

THE biggest score of the day belonged to Division 3 side Hayloft FC as they beat Tibshelf White Hart 7-0.

Matt Byard led the way with a hattrick including one from the penalty spot, Anthony Rowland also converted a penalty as he scored a brace with Lewis Allsopp and Ryan Thornton adding the misery for the White Hart.

Lee Dixon and Callam Rees scored for Hilcote with Matt Vardy and Ash Gibbs replying for Alliance Healthcare to share the points.

Marlpool United and Heanor Staff drew 1-1.

Gallows won 5-3 away to Bulls Head.

Top of the table side Boundary FC had a miserable first half and were 5-1 down at half time against rivals Seven Stars, after the half interval the Boundary staged a remarkable come back and scored five second half goals to win 6-5 and leave Seven Stars bemused how they had let Boundary off the hook.

In Division two Normanton United remain top of the league with a fine 3-0 win at home to Ripley White Lion.

Holmewood continued their good run of form and remain in second place, Martin Fanthon and Craig Young had scored to put home team two up however, Sam Field and Jonathan Snowball replied, with only five minutes remaining Justin Deakin scored the all important winner.

Third placed Riddings Rovers were made to work hard for a point at Railway Tavern, Autor Gugala came closest in the first half when is shot hit the crossbar.

During the second period Riddings were unlucky not to take the lead when Dale Rayner cleared a goal bound header off the line however despite further pressure from Riddings it was the Tavern who took the early advantage when Chris Burrows broke away after the ball was not cleared by the Riddings defence.

Adam Coleman scored with only four minutes remaining to earn his team a deserving point.

Shirland Welfare recorded a 3-2 home win against the unbeaten Crib FC, the first period finished all evens, during the second period Shirland raced to a 3-0 lead, Craig Cheetham and Liam Bown led the fought back with goals in the last ten minutes.

Westwood remain top of the league with a 2-1 home victory against AFC Normanton formerly known as Normanton Villager. The local derby between Coronation Club and Rainbow International finished 2-2.
