FC Heanor rode into Moorways Stadium in Derby full of confidence for their match against Pride Park and came away with a magnificent 7-0 win.
With team spirit at an all-time high, they were ready and had all of their big guns primed.
In the first half lone star Peary took aim and ‘Bang’, he does not miss at that range. Then in the second half, Jay West took up the reins and slotted away four amazing strikes, aided by Eric Woodall and Nathan ‘Legs’ Poyser.
And FC Heanor rode back out of town sitting second place in the league with a game in hand. There will be bigger tasks and threats in the future for FC Heanor. However with strength in depth they look forward to giving their next opponents the magnificent seven treatment as well.
