Alfreton Town manager Nicky Law has brought in defender Lathaniel Rowe-Turner on loan from Skrill Premier rivals Luton Town on a three-month loan spell.
Rowe-Turner, 23, will be with the Reds until January 2, and he is a timely arrival following a hamstring injury to captain Chris Westwood in last Saturday’s 3-1 defeat at Forest Green Rovers.
Lathaniel is a left-sided full-back can also play in central defence and has yet to feature for the Hatters this term, but played 42 times last season after joining from Torquay.
Rowe-Turner started his career in the youth ranks of hometown club Leicester. He featured in Luton’s famous FA Cup victory over Norwich in January, but was transfer-listed by boss John Still last season.
Luton Town have given permission for the defender to play in the FA Cup, FA Trophy and Derbyshire Senior Cup, but he will not be allowed to play against the Hatters in any competition during his loan stay with the Reds.
Lathaniel Rowe-Turner will wear squad number 21 during his time at the Impact Arena.
