Warne departs Alfreton Town

NICKY Law's squad reshaping at Alfreton Town continues following the departure of midfielder Steve Warne after less than nine months at the Impact Arena.
Warne has returned to Unibond League Premier Division neighbours Matlock Town for an undisclosed fee having arrived on a free on October 19, 2007.

His Alfreton debut was in a 2-0 Blue Square Conference North home win over Workington the day after he signed.

He went on to make 38 appearances including one as substitute and scored just once for the Reds.
