These little kitttens, three grey and white females and one black and white male, were picked up from a farm in Derbyshire by Cats Protection welfare volunteers from the Derby and district branch.
Theyhad been called in by the owners to neuter and spay the large number of feral cats they had on their premises.
A Cats Protection spokeswoman said that the farmer’s partner said she had four very young kittens in a box and ‘could our volunteers please take them away and cull them’. She added:“ They did take them, but they are now safe with one of our foster homes in Little Eaton awaiting new homes.
As they are only about six weeks old, they are too young to be rehomed. They will be ready to go in three to four weeks.
By that time they will have been inoculated and microchipped, as well having flea and worming treatments. Call the charity on 01332 824950 for more.
