The Post Office will open a new ‘local’ service at Riddings Post Office, Windmill News on Greenhill Lane.
The service, which will launch at 1pm on Wednesday, November 26, will be provided at a combination counter in the store, where the Post Office terminal will sit alongside the till.
Customers will be able to access a wide range of Post Office and mails services, including special delivery, local collect, home shopping returns, online banking cash deposits and withdrawals.
The service will be available during the store’s opening hours, 5.30am to 8pm Monday to Friday; 6am to 5pm Saturday and 6am to 1pm on Sunday.
Riddings Post Office willclose at 5.30pm on Monday, November 17, for the refurbishment to take place, however the store will remain open. Alternative branches include Somercotes Post Office and Ironville Post Office.
