Police appeal after Heanor vandals strike

Police are appealing for witnesses after house windows and a car were vandalised.

The car was keyed and had its tyres slashed before bricks were thrown through the house window.

The Renault Espace was parked on Ashforth Avenue, Heanor, when it was targeted by vandals who scratched it several times.

They also slashed three of its tyres, before bricks were thrown through the windows of a nearby house.

The vandals are thought to have sped off in a Vauxhall Corsa.

The incident happened in the early hours of Friday, November 28.

Police want to hear from witnesses or anyone who might have information on the people responsible.
