PICTURES: '˜Alcohol involved' in serious Codnor smash
A driver who police say had been drinking had a miraculous escape after their car overturned last night.
The incident happened shortly before 4am on a road in between Codnor and Riddings and involved one car.
A police spokesperson said that there were no serious injuries but confirmed that alcohol was involved.
They added that the Derbyshire Road Policing Unit published the photo to highlight the dangers of driving after drinking.
