MEP Emma hits the target

Emma McClarkin, Conservative MEP for the East Midlands (pictured left) was the guest of Derbyshire Archery Club last Sunday at Kedleston Hall.

DAC was holding a club event on the Great Lawn and Emma McClarkin joined them as part of her quest to try as many Olympic sports as possible.

Emma was the youngest MEP for the East Midlands when elected. Her sporting interests include rugby union, skiing and kayaking. Under expert DAC tutelage, she soon grasped the fundamentals of archery.
