Jury out in robbery trial

A verdict is expected today in the trial of two men accused of robbing a series of petrol stations across the region last summer

Lee Watson and Dominic Wright stand accused of the raids in Langley Mill, Loscoe, Eastwood, Broxtowe and Hucknall last June and July, but deny all five charges.

Prosecutors say the pair are linked to the crimes through DNA evidence and CCTV footage - but their defence has questioned the reliability of the evidence.
