Waystone Developments have announced details of the consultation dates for people to have their say on the Shipley Lakeside plans.
A website has also been launched at www.shipleylakeside.co.uk, showing details of the plans and including a section for poeple to make comments on them.
Consulations are set for Shipley Parish Room, The Field Shipley, on November 1 from 3pm until 7pm and at All Saints Church, 85 Ilkeston Road, Marlpool, on, November 6, from 3pm until 7pm.
Alfreton firm Waystone says it is proposing a ‘sustainable, mixed use development for the land around the lake’, at Shipley Country Park on the former American Adventure theme park site.
It is proposing between 300 and 400 new homes to the western banks of the lake and a business park including office and hybrid industrial space to the east of the lake
Plans are also in place for a leisure focused garden centre, an area for training, leisure and education facilities, healthcare and retirement provision, a pub, restaurant, hotel and conference suite on the island site.
