Three offenders have been ordered to pay out cash after a fracas with police in Chesterfield town centre.

Chesterfield magistrates’ court heard on Monday how Reece Marr, 18, and Steven Gore, 19, and a 16-year-old male, who cannot be named for legal reasons, were approached by police.

The group had drifted to Stephenson Place, outside the Royal Bank of Scotland, after they had previously been threatened by two unknown people, according to the court.
