Derbyshire woman gets £50k after supermarket stumble

The 79-year-old was walking next to a display of alarm clocks in the unidentified store when she fell over a post which was protruding into the aisle.

The Derby woman suffered injuries and now needs to walk with a Zimmer frame.

Following the case, experts are seeking to raise awareness about public safety and employers’ legal obligations.
