Concert will celebrate 20 years of Ripley church

Ripley Methodist Church is due to celebrate its 20th anniversary with a musical concert on Friday and Saturday this week.

The Wood Street church is hosting Musical Dimension, which will see church members perform some of their favourite numbers from the last 20 years.

The events are to start at 7.30pm and tickets are available at England Barker Jewellers on Oxfords Street, Ripley, or on 01773 742017, costing £6 for adults and £5 for concessions.

A donation from the ticket sale will go to Ripley and Marehay Methodist Churches and Amber Valley Hearing Help.

Ripley Methodist Church has raised close to £33,000 for local and national charities.
