Clinton closes on Thursday

The Bath Street branch of ClintonCards will close its doors for the last time on Thursday.

Staff at the Ilkeston store will work their last shifts on Saturday after packing up the stock.

More than 100 other stores will also close by this weekend.

The Long Eaton will remain open as it is one of 397 stores that has been purchased by an American based greetings card firm.

Administrators Zolfo Cooper are still working on finding buyers fro the remaining stores.
