Neighbours were woken when a car hit two parked vehicles in Horsley Woodhouse in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Police were called after the silver Vauxhall Astra collided with a Land Rover and a Vauxhall Corsa at 3am.

A man and a woman have been arrested and charged on suspicion of drink driving and are due to appear before magistrates on February 8.
