Beef bullies strike again
A GANG that steals tinned food have struck for the second time in South Normanton.
The latest theft saw three men enter Spend and Save, on the High Street, at about 6pm on Monday, and steal 24 tins of corned beef. The week before, on Wednesday, February 8, just after 2pm, the same three offenders walked in and stole 28 tins of red salmon. The men had not previously been seen in the shop. They are described as white and in their early 20s. The first was around 5ft 10ins tall, of medium build, wearing a grey fleece, blue jeans and black trainers. The second was slightly smaller, with brown hair shaved at the back and sides, wearing a blue hoodie, grey tracksuit bottoms and black trainers. The third was about 5ft 10ins tall, of stocky build, with shaved brown hair. He was carrying a large bag and wore a white t-shirt, a black tracksuit with red stripes and black trainers. Anyone with information is asked to call 101.
