Mark David Paul Austin, 32, of Nottingham Road, Somercotes. Pleaded guilty to stealing deodorants, four jars of coffee and washing liquids valued at £50 belonging to the Co-op. Must pay £50 compensation. Pleaded guilty to stealing packs of biscuits valued at £10 belonging to the Co-op. Pleaded guilty to stealing four washing liquids valued at £31.16 belonging to the Co-op. Pleaded guilty to stealing six bottles of Aerial wash liquid valued at £43.85 belonging to One Stop. Committed to prison for 16 weeks.

Stephen John Alsop, 57, of Ash Close, New Tupton, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing a Hoover vacuum cleaner, a Sony television, a Crock pot slow cooker and a Samsung Blu Ray DVD player valued at £493.49 belonging to Tesco. Community order to last until March 13, 2018, with an exclusion requirement not to enter Tesco, at Lockoford Lane, Chesterfield for the next 12 months and a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Fined £40 and must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Tara Ann Spencer, 31, of Market Place, Codnor, Ripley. Pleaded guilty to stealing a bottle of milkshake valued at £1.20 belonging to the Co-op. Fined £40 and must pay £1.20 compensation, a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months for three counts of possessing drugs and a theft. Order to continue.

Giuseppe Risorto, 53, of Bramshill Rise, Chesterfield. Indicated a guilty plea to two counts of committing an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner by taking covert images of an adult female of a sexual nature. Community order to last until March 12, 2020, with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 120 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £150 compensation and an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
