Fan charged after City Ground chaos

A 20-year-old man has been charged with pitch encroachment during the East Midlands grudge match 
between Derby County and Nottingham Forest earlier this month.

Joshua Brough, of 
Peatburn Avenue, Heanor, was arrested after he and other fans ran onto the pitch during the heated game between the two rivals at Nottingham’s City Ground on Sunday, 
September 14.

He has now been charged and bailed to appear at 
Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 30.

Two other men aged 43 and 24, have been bailed pending further enquiries.
