Cream teas and cakes were aplenty at a well attended nursing home summer fair on Saturday.
Residents of the Florence Shipley Nursing home enjoyed an impressive cake stall as they basked in a summery day.
And around 40 members of the public also piled into the home, which sits on the Heanor Market Place.
They browsed tombola, clothes and bric-a-brac stalls that were there on the day - all aimed at raising money for the 26-bed care centre.
Prizes were also given out for the raffle.
They included a basket of bath products, a food hamper, a bottle of whiskey and sets of chocolate. And further funds were raised through a guess the weight of the cake and a guess the name of the teddy game.
Deputy manager at the home, Dawn Meakin said the residents thoroughly enjoyed the day.
She added: “They really loved just being outside and having cream teas with their families.
They loved going on the tombolas and seeing the bric-a-brac.”
