Dance lessons for Jubilee awards

Ripley School of Dancing is inviting former students to take the Queen’s Jubilee Award in September.

The Marehay Welfare based school, which has been in the Ripley area for more than 75 years, is giving any pupil who has passed their National Association of Teachers of Dance (NADT) medals in the last three years, the chance to return to the school for lessons and a chance to attain the one-off award in either ballroom or theatrical styles.

Exams will cost £20 each to take. For more information contact Brenda Harris on 01773 749948.
