A 44-year-old man is set to stand trial in the autumn after being charged with an indecent exposure in Cotmanhay.
Anthony Cook, of Holbrook Street, Heanor, pleaded not guilty to the charge at a hearing at Derby and South Derbyshire Magistrates Court on Thursday, August 22.
It is alleged that he was ‘touching himself’ in a parked car in Cotmanhay Road, near the junction of Awsworth Road, at about 1.45pm on Wednesday August 8.
Cook was given unconditional bail and will appear at the same court for a trial on Friday October 11.
The court was told an alleged victim, who is over the age of 21, will give her evidence via video link.
