Mark Austin, 31, of Ward Drive, Somercotes. Indicated a guilty plea to causing a nuisance by being on the roof of Tesco causing the store to be evacuated. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for six months with a rehabilitation activity requirement. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £180 courts charge. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. No separate penalty.

Shane Cartledge, 31, of Crich View, Newton, Alfreton. Pleaded guilty to damaging a car bonnet. Fined £153 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £150 and £85 costs.

Simon Furniss, 22, of No Fixed Abode. Admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed following release from prison. Fined £40 and must pay a £12 victim surcharge and a £100 courts charge.

Indicated a guilty plea to dishonestly undertaking or assisting in the retention, removal or disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a bicycle. Must pay a £180 courts charge. Community order to last until October 4, 2016, with a rehabilitation activity requirement.

Pleaded guilty to stealing items valued at £20.18 belonging to Home Bargains, in Alfreton. Discharged conditionally for one year.

Sarah May, 32, of Hipper Street West, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to stealing chilled products valued at £7 belonging to B&M Bargains. Fined £40 and must pay £7 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 courts charge.

Jonathan Peter Keeble, 23, of Sherwood Street, Bolsover. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 courts charge. Disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Kieran James Parks, 21, of Derwent Avenue, Darley Dale, Matlock. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £250 and must pay a £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs and a £150 courts charge. Disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Caroline Turnbull, 44, of Flamstead Avenue, Loscoe, Heanor. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £120 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs and a £150 courts charge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Jack Cryans, 20, of Devizes Close, Chesterfield. Pleaded guilty to assault. Must pay £50 compensation and an £80 victim surcharge. Pleaded guilty to sending an electronic communication which conveyed a threat. Must pay a £180 courts charge. Commission of a further offence while subject to a 12 month conditional discharge for breaching a restraining order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence of breaching the restraining order. Committed to a young offender institution for 14 weeks. Restraining order to last until October 5, 2017.
