Shaun Barkley, 74, of Northmoor View, Brimington, Chesterfield. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £395 and must pay a £39 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Robin James Ellis, 23, of Stanton View, Bakewell. Drove a vehicle while not wearing a seat belt. Fined £35 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £35 costs.

Rokas Pocius, 20, of Inkersall Road, Staveley. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Drove a vehicle while disqualified from holding a licence. Kathleen Marie Youngs, 31, of Heath Road, Holmewood, Chesterfield. Made a false representation namely that you were entitled to withdraw benefit in the name of someone else to make a gain of £4,161.52. Community order for 12 months with employment, training and education programme and 160 hours of unpaid work. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ricky Wood, 28, of St John’s Street, Newbold, Chesterfield. Drunk and disorderly in public. No separate penalty. Two counts of assaulting a police constable in the execution of their duty. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for nine months. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence of dishonestly using electricity without authority. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. No adjudication. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutively. Must pay £101 compensation. Damaged a window. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutively. Must pay £100 compensation.

Matthew James McMahon, 21, of Heathcote Drive, Hasland, Chesterfield. Assault. Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months with alcohol activity requirement and supervision. Must pay £350 compensation and an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Theft
