Motoring

Simon Anthony Eyre, 48, of Bellhouse Lane, Staveley. Used a vehicle without insurance. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Terry Watson, 32, of Martins Lane, Old Tupton, Chesterfield. Drove a vehicle without due care and attention. No separate penalty. Being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to brick walls and failed to stop. Fined £550 and must pay a £55 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months. Failed to report the accident to police. No separate penalty.

Natalie Ann Johnson, 29, of South Street North, New Whittington, Chesterfield. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Lisa Jane Skinner, 48, of Barlow Lees Farm, Barlow Lees, Barlow. Drove without due care and attention. No separate penalty. Being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which an accident occurred whereby injury was caused to another person and failed to stop. Fined £300 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £310 costs. Driving record endorsed with eight points. Failed to report the accident to police. No separate penalty.

Nicky Lee Mikysa, 26, of St Augustine’s Mount, Birdholme, Chesterfield. Drove a vehicle while disqualified. Used a vehicle without insurance. Community order for 12 months with an eight week curfew and drug rehabilitation requirement, electronic monitoring, thinking skills programme and supervision. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Assault

Thomas luke Graney, 21, of Redgate Street, Pinxton. Failed to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to the suspended sentence including assault, two counts of damage, and a count of threatening behaviour. Given a custodial sentence of nine weeks.

Michael Andrew Nichols, 32, of Manor Road, Brimington Common, Chesterfield. Assault. Damaged a front door and an internal door. Committed to prison for ten weeks. Restraining order imposed. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

James McClellan, 55, of Valley Road, Holmegate, Clay Cross. Assault. Community order for 12 months with a Resolve programme and supervision. Fined £100 and must pay £100 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge and £40 costs. Used threatening behaviour. No separate penalty.

Jason Thomas Daiken, 23, of Carlisle Road, Buxton. Assault. Community order until June, 2016, with alcohol specified activity requirement and supervision. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Donna Michelle Rake, 32, of Cemetery Road, Danesmoor, Chesterfield. Assaulted a police constable in the execution of her duty. Fined £110 and must pay £50 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Drunk and disorderly behaviour in public. Fined £73.

Wesley McGregor, 30, of Greenfarm Close, Chesterfield. Used threatening behaviour. Fined £50 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge.

Richard Hedley, 37, of Leamington Street, Ripley. Damaged a vehicle door. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay £300 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew thorpe, 27, of New Road, Barlborough. Damaged a window valued at £300. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay £300 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Matthew Keith Herrett, 33, of Park Street, Birdholme, Chesterfield. Damaged a vehicle. Had a bladed article in a public place. Twice failed to surrender to custody. Committed to prison for ten weeks. Must pay £300 compensation.

Darren Michael Morton, 46, of Gipsy Lane, Old Whittington, Chesterfield. Intentionally exposed genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress. Assault. Committed to prison for 15 weeks suspended for 24 months with supervision, and an alcohol treatment requirement and a three month curfew with electronic monitoring and supervision. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Martin Andrew morley, 42, of Garden Avenue, Shirebrook. Drunk and disorderly behaviour in public. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Brett Morris, 30, of Main Road, Wensley, Matlock. Drunk and disorderly in public. Fined £36 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Shaun Pickering, 56, of Cauldon Drive, Chesterfield. Damaged a glass panel in a door. Fined £110 and must pay £100 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Krzysztof Ciechacki, 28, of Chatsworth Road, Chesterfield. Drunk and disorderly in a public place. Fined £346 and must pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Theft

Matthew Cavednish Silcock, 39, of Churston Road, Chesterfield. Stole five fragrances from Wilkinson’s valued at £152. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Matthew Knight, 41, of North Grove, Duckmanton, Chesterfield. Stole DVDs and a watch valued at £47.95 belonging to Argos. Failed to surrender to custody. Stole two DVDs. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months. Must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

Lee John Denwood, 46, of Baslow Court, Birchen Close, Loundsley Green, Chesterfield. Stole DVDs from ASDA Living. Stole more DVDs from ASDA Living. Stole Vodka. Stole fragrance box set belonging to Boots. Committed to prison for four weeks.

Paul Patrick Dunne, 37, of Dale Road, Matlock Bath, Matlock. Stole meat valued at £26 belonging to Aldi. Attempted to steal alcohol valued at £78.54 belonging to Aldi. Stole ice cream valued at £2.54 belonging to Spar. Stole more goods belonging to Spar. Committed to prison for 12 weeks.

Sean Spencer Murphy, 49, of Lydden Close, Brimington, Chesterfield. Stole groceries valued at £104.27 belonging to Sainsbury’s. Fined £70 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Failed to surrender to custody. No separate penalty.

David Smitheman, 34, of St John’s Road, Staveley. Used threatening behaviour. Stole a Giorgio Armani gift set valued at £57.50 belonging to Boots. Stole two bottles of Joop Homme aftershave valued at £20 belonging to Wilkinson’s. Stole a Phillips shaver valued at £59.99 belonging to Argos. Commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offence which was subject to a conditional discharge of stealing two Geo tech Bluetooth headsets valued at £25 belonging to Tesco. Committed to prison for seventeen weeks suspended for 12 months with supervision.

Neil Bannister, 39, of Church Street South, Chesterfield. Stole four Persil liquid washing powders valued at £28 belonging to Tesco. Commission of a further offence while subject to a suspended sentence. No adjudication. Dealt with for the original offences which were subject to a suspended sentence including stealing washing liquid valued at £12 belonging to One Stop, failing to surrender to custody, and six counts of stealing Ariel Gel washing liquid and two counts of stealing washing machine tablets. Sentenced to 12 weeks of custody.
