Sharron Andrea Bettney, 37, of Trevorrow Crescent, Chesterfield. Exceeded the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £110 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified for 20 months.

Robert Andrew Giles, 71, of Holywell, Bakewell. Speeding. Fined £77 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £35 costs. Licence endorsed with three points.

Kelly Howdle, 20, of Bloomery Way, Clay Cross. Assault. Community order until August, 2015, with Female Focus on Violence activity. Must pay £250 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge and £290 costs.

Andrew Richards, 38, of Openacre, Ironville. Two counts of assault. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 18 months with supervision and a Building Better relationships programme. Restraining order imposed until November, 2015. Must pay compensation.
