Dealt with for the original offence relating to the suspended sentence of stealing hair tablets valued at £51.99 belonging to Boots. Dealt with for an original offence relating to the suspended sentence of fraud by making a false representation by wrongly claiming an entitlement to a refund for hair tablets. Dealt with for an original offence relating to the suspended sentence of making off without paying for fuel. Conviction of an offence while under a community order made by Leeds District Magistrates’ Court and in force for offences of theft, making a false representation, and failing to surrender to custody is in force, Committed to prison for 15 weeks.

Mark Cordasco, 46, of Alfreton Road, Selston. Stole two toilet rolls valued at £2 belonging to Derbyshire Dales District Council. No separate penalty. Stole five library books valued at £73.95 belonging to Derbyshire County Council. No separate penalty. Stole a jacket and a sweatshirt valued at £97.94 belonging to Yeoman’s Outdoors. No separate penalty. Had an article in a public place with a blade, namely a lock knife. Fined £130 and must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Dean Wayne stocks, 35, of kingsley Crescent, Alfreton. Stole two electric toothbrushes valued at £64.99 belonging to Tesco’s. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Damage

Michael Alban Wainwright, 64, of Brookhill Avenue, Pinxton. Damaged eight cars. Community order until October 23, 2015, with 160 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £7,313,34 compensation and £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Reece Joseph Webster, 22, of Collingwood Crescent, Megdale, Matlock. Damaged a window valued at £1,020.60 belonging to Turkish Delight. Fined £360. Must pay £1,020.60 compensation and a £36 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Samuel Cox, 26, of Baker Street, Creswell. Possession of methylenedioxymethylamphetamine, a controlled class A drug. Fined £227 and must pay a £23 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Possession of methylmethcathinone, a controlled class B drug, Fined £113.

Lisa Sara Jayne edwards, 35, of Laurel Avenue, Ripley. Possession of amphetamine, a class B drug. Fined £90. Must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Stole wine from the Co-op. Must pay £5 compensation.
