Council to decide on ‘private members’ club’ in Heanor

The owners of a swingers club which has opened in Heanor say that the nearby neighbours have ‘nothing to fear’.

The late night private club has already opened to the public and features lockable rooms, a jacuzzi and a dungeon room for paying members to enjoy ‘intimate time’ together – but does not serve alcohol.

The club’s website describes it as a ‘swingers’ club and says it offers ‘a safe, pressure free, sexy and above all fun atmosphere’.

It goes on to say: “A very warm welcome is offered to respectful ladies and gentlemen who like to enjoy intimate times with each other.”

Now the owners of the Heanor Gate Road club called

Xottixxtreme on the town’s industrial estate are applying for retrospective planning permission from the borough council to change the use of the premises from offices to a private members’ club.
