a POPULAR tourist attraction in Crich has held its first classic motorbike show.
Crich Tramway Village welcomed all types of vintage motorbikes that were built before 1972.
There were timed vehicle parades where the bikes drove through the venue’s recreated period street and weaved in and out of the vintage tram service.
There were also club and trade stands.
The tramway village’s marketing manager Cara Marchant said: “The tramway village creates a unique atmosphere for vehicle rallies with its recreated village street and rides on vintage trams.”
“For a first-time event it was a great success. We had about 80 vintage bikes altogether.”
The tramway village is open daily until October 30. For more information ring 01773 854321.
