Children at Marlpool Junior School tried a taste of Europe when they took part in Spanish and French- themed activities as part of One World Week.
This saw children from the upper school taking part in a variety of Spanish activities and youngsters from the lower school enjoying French food and drink in a pavement cafe.

The school, at Clara Mount Road, participates in One World Week every year and chooses a different country each time.

Helen Orme from the school said: "The children loved the French cheese, dressing up and eating outside."
