A HOTEL in Ripley celebrated its first year of business with a party attended by schoolchildren.
The Premier Inn on Nottingham Road invited children from St John's School in Ripley to a party at the hotel on Tuesday and the youngsters designed birthday cards for the hotel staff. A winner was then picked from each age group.
