Crowds flock to Denby Pottery over Easter weekend

Painting pots and a food fair were all part of a busy and successful weekend at Denby Pottery Visitors Centre.
Children and adults enjoyed making and painting items to take home after a artist demonstration.

Other popular events saw a competition for children around the courtyard where they had to guess where to get clues from before writing down the letter. All the letters together spelt out a word related to the pottery.

Sally Allan from the centre said: "We were very busy all weekend and the gift fair on Saturday was a success despite the weather."
