Santa will once again be visiting Heage Windmill to meet children on Sunday, December 2.

He will arrive by pony and trap at about 12.30pm and, after having had a hot drink, will meet youngsters in his grotto under the mill, from about 1pm until 4pm.

In addition there will be stalls, mince pies and free mulled wine, tombola, raffle, marble game and the opportunity to create your very own Christmas badge.

It costs £4 per child but parents go free. There will be no mill tours that day, said a spokesman.
