New drop-in sports sessions

Badminton and netball ‘drop in’ sessions are being held at Eastwood Community Sports Centre.

As part of Badminton England’s ‘No Strings’ Initiative to encourage people to play badminton, the new sessions will run each thursday between 6pm and 7pm from September 20.

They are open to people 15 and over.

Back2Netball sessions are also being run as part of the England Netball Association’s scheme to get adults back into sport.

These will be very Tuesday between 8pm and 9pm and started on Tuesday.
