The popular and long-running Pentrich Rock and Blues Custom Show returns to the Coney Grey Showground, Pentrich, on July 26-28, for an Old School Weekender of an event.

The organisers of the event have dubbed it the UK and Europe’s number one bike and music festival and for years they have been successful in putting together a wide range of music, taking in established acts, tributes, plus the new rockers on the scene, all combining to attract those who love their music and bikes from far and wide.

This year’s Pentrich Rock And Blues Custom Show is no different and the line-ups for the three days contain plenty of mouthwatering musical acts.

Acts confirmed as appearing at the 2012 event are UK Subs, Mentallica, Ozzbest, Hot Red Chilli Peppers, Hells Addiction, Jester, BB Blackdog, Bad Axe, AKA Skaface, Menace 67 and Accident And Emergency.

You can also see East Town Pirates, Nowhere City Riot, Paul Miro, Kick n Rush, First Offence, Wildside Riot, Shackled, 3 Stone Monkey, Paul Evans Trio, A Thousand Enemies and Bedlam Shake. In addition to all of this great music, there will be a huge selection of lagers, local ales and ciders, a wide variety of food, plenty of different stalls, daytime entertainment, rides, a bouncy castle, face painting and plenty more.

Children are welcome to attend to the event, which has qualified and CRB-checked staff.

And as if all of that wasn’t enough, there’s the famous Custom Show, featuring motorcycles, trikes, scooters and hot rod cars with a sideshow of unusual vehicles of interest, offering prizes and trophies which can be won in several categories.

Tickets are priced at £25 for an adult (full weekend show ticket with camping), free for under 14s, and £30 on the gate.

Once at the event, there is free camping, although there are one-off car parking charges of £5 for cars and £10 for vans, payable on arrival (entry for bikes/trikes is free of charge).

No caravans or large mobile homes are allowed on the site.
