Flowerpot return for Danny’s band

DANNY Bryant and his Redeye Band will return to The Flowerpot in Derby on Friday, April 27, for an evening of blues and rock.

Hailed as a ‘young guitar prodigy’ when he started making waves at the age of 15, Danny is acknowledged by those in the business as one of the cream of the crop of this generation of blues artists, ably backed by his rhythm section of his father Ken on bass and Trevor Barr on drums.

For fans of Messrs Collins, Banks, Rutherford and co, you should try Genesis tribute band The Watch, putting in an appearance at the King Street venue on Saturday, April 29, with support on the night being provided by The Yumma Project.

Finally, Dave Onions is the latest performer in the free Acoustic Wednesdays sessions, from 9pm in the bar on Wednesday, May 2.

Doors open at 8pm and admission is £10 for Danny Bryant’s Redeye Band and £10 for The Watch. Call RAW Promotions for more details on 01332 834438.
