MAGICAL creatures, fearsome monsters and pretty princesses will be on hand at South Darley Village Hall for a storytelling event.
Bakewell puppeteers, The Babbling Vagabonds, will be staging the theatrical adventure of a bossy king, a mysterious beggar and a storyteller on Friday, January 29.

The story, which is suitable for children of all ages, comes from a traditional Celtic folktale and includes a mix of performers and puppets.

The show starts at 7.30pm. Tickets are £7, £6 for senior citizens and £5 for children under 16.

To buy tickets call Ann Kenworthy 01629 732084.
