Fans of the Mini are in for a treat at Crich Tramway Village next month.
The car will be the centre of attention at the annual Mini Meet on Sunday, July 20, when more than 300 minis are excepted to attend.

A spokesman for Crich said: "Rally cars and The Italian Job, flower power and celebrity owners, the humble mini car has had many adventures since its launch in 1959. Fans of the fab car will have the chance to revel in nostalgia."

There will also be club and trade stands, and street entertainment. Timed Mini parades will be staged, with Minis driving though the Village's period street, weaving in and out of the vintage tram service.

Event Organiser Aaron Johansson said, "The Tramway Village creates a unique atmosphere for vehicle rallies with its recreated village street and rides on vintage trams.

The events are always very well attended and much loved by vehicle owners. Our regulars thoroughly enjoy the day, but we would also like to extend a warm invitation to Mini owners who have perhaps never participated before."
