Nottingham will be thrown back in time in May when the Vile Victorians and the Terrible Tudors arrive at the Theatre Royal.
Horrible Histories, based on the popular children's books by Terry Deary, features actors and amazing 3D technology to bring the past alive in all its horrible glory.

In the Terrible Tudors the audience will discover the fate of Henry VIII's beheaded wives, and see for themselves the grim and gruesome nature of the tortured times.

The Vile Victorians will show how horrible life was in the factories of the day.

The show will run from Tuesday May 6 until Saturday, May 10, with both shows running each day.
