THE distinctive vocal talents of Paul Carrack can be heard at Derby's Assembly Rooms on Saturday, November 7.
Carrack is touring the UK to promote his latest album I Know That Name. Despite a soul-drenched voice that sounds like he grew up somewhere near Memphis or Detroit, Carrack actually hails from the south side of Sheffield.

Over the last 30 years, he has been the voice of hits by Ace, Squeeze and Mike And The Mechanics, and has now developed a solo career that continues to go from strength to strength, winning him fans all around the world.

Although there are minimal nods to modern production techniques, the ghosts of Stax, Motown, and Philly International wander the halls of this acclaimed new album.

For ticket details, please call the box office at Derby's Assembly Rooms for availability on 01332 255800.
