A stately home in Alfreton is to host Derbyshire's first health, beauty and well-being fair on Sunday June 22.
The event at Alfreton Hall on Church Street promises to be the largest of its kind in the East Midlands open to the general public.

Exhibitors and practitioners attending the fair range from nutritionists and dental practitioners to weight loss ex
perts and anti-ageing, cosmetic and botox specialists.

Demonstrations from nail technicians, hairdressers, physiotherapists and many other health and beauty professionals will take place throughout the day.

Visitors can learn how to look their best with advice from a colour, well-being and lifestyle specialist.

Guests arriving for the exhibition will be admitted for free and treated to a complimentary health and beauty guide.

Refreshments and free parking will also be available with a free crèche – subject to availability. Event organiser, Anne Kerrigan, said: "This is a perfect opportunity to sample many health and beauty services.

"There is currently nothing like this in the East Midlands. Historically these events are intended for the trade however now we aim to organise more of these for the public."

The event will be held between 11am and 5pm.
