BBC chef James Martin has chosen Denby Visitor Centre to Launch his new cookbook on Sunday, October 7.

The recipe book, which is called ‘Slow Cooking’, contains ‘mouthwatering recipes with minimum effort’.

James is carrying out cookery demonstrations at 11am and 2pm but if you just want to meet him and just get your book signed he will be in the Denby Home Store at 12.45pm and 3.45pm.
