We believe this picture was taken around 1986.

It shows a sponsored walk event for Susan Baker.

On the picture is former Amber Valley Tory MP Phillip Oppenheim.

We are not sure where it was taken, but maybe someone recognises the background? We would also like to know more about the man on the front row dressed as Charlie Chaplin.
