ARTHUR CARVER Mrs Irene Carver and family wish to thank everyone for their kind thoughts and condolences on the sad loss of Arthur ("Ted"), especially friends, neighbours, Fellowship of the services, British Legion, Father William Butt and Hattersleys Funeral Directors for their kindness, sensitivity and guidance, before, during and after the service. The ex-servicemen for their Guard of Honour at Church, the Staveley Choir and the bugler. "Ted" would have been very proud. A special thank you to the nursing staff on "Elmton Ward", Chesterfield Royal Hospital for their exceptional care of "Ted" and support to all his family.
