Ambergate Carnival returns!

The 31st Ambergate Carnival will be held on Saturday July 13 with a week of events in the run-up to it.

Now organisers are calling for volunteers to spare a couple of evenings a month helping to book bands and food vendors, and help with the general organizing of the event, which this year will also feature a Family Sports Day on Sunday July 7.

Committee shairman Jack Evans said: “This year’s theme is Music so start planning your costumes and floats now! We are still looking for Acts and Bands for the afternoon so if you’re interested get in touch with us via our website.”
