School making right steps after 75 years

While recent reality television programmes have made ballroom dancing fashionable again one school has been teaching people in Ripley how to step in time for generations.
As the Ripley School of Dance prepares to mark its 75th year teacher Brenda Harris has been telling reporter Clive Whittingham about continuing the legacy of the school's founder Irene Gent.

WHEN Irene Gent formed a small dance school over a Ripley butcher's shop in 1934, she could not possibly have known that the institution would still be going 75 years later.
